Interior & Exterior Painting
Our focus is on quality work, we will make repairs as needed, scrape, prime and use 2 coats of quality paint.
Kitchen & Bath Remodels
We currently work one large remodel job per quarter, depending on the size of the job. We work with quality tile, flooring, roofing, and other specialty contractors. The job covers planning stages to to final walk through.
Fencing, Decks, Outdoor Kitchens
We include a variety of construction jobs at the exterior of your home. Some things like decks can be repaired in the wet weather, but require dry, sunny weather for the finish to cure. In these cases, we don't take on decks as a stand alone job, but are happy to include with a full exterior repaint of your home while we are already on site.
Doors
Because doors take several days and return visits, we only do doors with a full interior or exterior paint job, as we will already be onsite.
Popcorn Ceiling Removal
We focus on popcorn ceiling removal in the wet months. To schedule an estimate you must first have a test completed for asbestos. We recommend NLV Labs, 206-701-6909.
If the test is negative we will remove the popcorn, repair and prep the drywall, and finish the ceiling. If the test is positive, you will have to employ an abatement team to safely and legally remove the asbestos. Then we will come in and repair, prep and paint.
Wallpaper
Our team at Heck Painting can strip the wallpaper prior to painting or applying new texture. We do not hang wallpaper. Due to the nature of this work, please call for an estimate as a ballpark price is not available.
Permits Simplified
Renovations and installation require paperwork and permits. As certified contractors, we know what papers need to be filed and what permits need to be obtained.
